1. General principles
Use Big Wow Theory™ lawfully, honestly and only on pages you own or are authorised to analyse. If a use would harm another person, another customer, or the platform itself, treat it as prohibited even if it is not listed below.
2. Prohibited activity
- Any illegal activity, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious scripts of any kind.
- Phishing, impersonation or any attempt to deceive users into disclosing credentials or payment details.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or generating content intended for spam campaigns.
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights.
- Submitting content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
- Analysing pages you have no ownership of or authorisation to analyse, where that analysis breaches the target site's terms.
3. Abuse of AI features
- Using AI output to produce deceptive, fraudulent or misleading marketing claims.
- Attempting to extract system prompts, model weights, the underlying evaluation framework or other proprietary logic.
- Prompt injection or jailbreak attempts aimed at bypassing safety or scope constraints.
- Using the platform primarily as a general-purpose AI text generator unrelated to conversion optimization.
- Generating content that violates the acceptable use policies of our underlying model providers.
4. Platform misuse and fair usage
- Sharing a single account across organisations, or reselling access without a written agreement.
- Circumventing credit limits, plan limits, rate limits or fair-usage controls.
- Unauthorised automation, scraping of the product interface, or scripted bulk submission outside documented interfaces.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
5. Security
- No attempts to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, systems or networks.
- No denial-of-service, load testing or penetration testing without our prior written consent.
- No probing or bypassing of authentication, authorisation or rate limiting.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to our security contact rather than exploiting them.
6. Enforcement
Where we identify a breach we may warn you, restrict a feature, suspend the account or terminate it, depending on severity and intent. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities. Report suspected abuse to support@bigwowtheory.com.
